On January 29, 2022, Joan E. Campbell; 88 of Parkville, Maryland; beloved wife of the late John C. Campbell; devoted mother of Joyce Frampton, Coleen Ferguson, Cynthia Campbell, Daniel Campbell and the late Shirley Iwancio, Jack Campbell, and David Campbell; loving grandmother of Stephen, Bruce, Christopher, Christina, Jonathan, Andrew, Julie, Joe, Hope, David, and Rachel; great grandmother of Daniel, Sara, Elliott, and Dylan; dear sister of Marie Bruette.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Joan’s life at Evans Life Celebration Home-Parkville, 8800 Harford Road on Friday February 4, 2022, from 6-8 pm. A funeral mass will be held at Shrine of the Little Flower Church on Saturday February 5, 2022, at 11:00 am. Interment: Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery (11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, Maryland 20623) on Wednesday March 9, 2022, at 1:00 pm. Several members of the community attended the Memorial Mass for Joan Campbell on Saturday, February 5th. It was so beautiful and was held at the Shrine of the Little Flower, so appropriate. I felt Joan was looking down on us. We will say a Rosary for Joan at our March meeting as well as recite the Office of the Dead in her memory. I am working on a one page memorial to share with the community and should be emailed shortly.
