Nancy B. Waligorski
DECEMBER 26, 1942 – MARCH 6, 2022
On March 6, 2022 Nancy Bowler Waligorski passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard Stanley Waligorski; devoted mother of Victoria Galczynski and her husband James Paul, David Jerome Waligorski, and Richard Anthony Waligorski and his wife Beth; special friend of Michael Fischer; cherished grandmother of Andrew Galczynski, Garrett Galczynski, Shyanne Saunders; adopted grandmother of Kaylaa Tracyy, and Kyle Tracyy; loving aunt of Michael Bowler, Thomas Bowler, Laura Waligorski, and Anna Bailon. She is preceded in death by her parents George Lomax Bowler and Catherine Louise Bowler, and her brother George Leon Bowler and his wife Patricia A. Bowler.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd. Bel Air, MD 21014 on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 4-6 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at St Ignatius Catholic Church (Hickory) at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to any local nursing school.

It is with sadness I must inform you that on March 6th, our Sister in Carmel, Nancy Waligorski passed from this life into Eternal life. We have yet another Angel in heaven looking down on us. Below is the Obituary information for Nancy's viewing and funeral mass. For those who are not familiar, Nancy was a Carmelite member of our community for many years and served as our President, Council member and participated in various teaching roles. Nancy was living in an assisted living community close to her son in PA with declining health over the past several years.
Please be advised that the community will be forwarding a Mass Card to Nancy's family as well as flowers to the funeral home. I will be in attendance at the Funeral Mass.
